    The Everyday Warrior Training starts Wednesday 01 May 2024 and is the ongoing flagship program of Wise Warrior Gym™. It is a modern-day, wholistic Warrior Lifestyle course blending mental training, self-defense, martial arts & fitness.

    The 5 Focuses: this all-inclusive curriculum centers on five key areas.
    • Martial Arts For The Mind: manage your inner-self by training your mind with concepts and strategies though Self-Life Awareness to cultivate a life with purpose and fulfillment.
    • Well-Being, Health & Fitness: create a new awareness of your physical body. Learn to use Primal Motor-Movements to build functional strength and co-ordination. Improve your balance with the stability ball and increase your endurance though body weight exercise.
    • Practical Weapon Training: transform everyday items into powerful tools for combat. Learn to use items like a flashlight, walking cane or baton-length & palm-size items as impact weapons. Increase your chances in an emergency life-or-death struggle with the Matador Knife System™.
    • ​REAL Self Defense™ + S3: become victorious against real-world aggression and violence. Learn a practical Protection Plan that allows you to de-escalate and escape dangerous situations. Train the physical skills to effectively fight attackers and get to safety when needed.
    • How To Fight: challenge yourself by becoming a part of a community of caring combat-athletes who raise each other up to be stronger people. Learn our method to safely build your fighting skills though drills and Emotional Climate Training. Train without injury in controlled sparring that progresses at your individual ability level.
    Training Method: Wise Warrior Gym’s world renown master-instructor Calen Paine has developed this program over 30 years, through intense research, professional consultation, trial-and-error and practical experience.
    • Training Approch: you will understand all the material because it is divided into logical modules with specific themes. You will learn Skills & Drills that train with Aliveness so techniques become hard-wired into your body and mind though repetition and review.
    • Weekly Training: each week will have three training sessions (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday). Students are encouraged to attend two sessions per week for optimal results.
    • Twice-Monthly Training: a focused session of Martial Arts for the Mind will be held twice a month. (the first and third Friday, both in person and online)
    • Final Re-Cap & Module Summary Class: a special class that reviews the entire month, connecting all the pathways of your warrior journey into a clear destination. (the last Saturday of the month)

    The Training Approach And Methodology Is As Important As The Techniques You Learn.

    Program Cost & Saving Opportunities: Wise Warrior Gym offers many payment options to accommodate your finances, schedule and lifestyle. Please book a consultation with coach Calen Paine to discuss individual options.
    • 1–Month: $160 per month (plus GST) single payment.
    • 3–Month: $420 (plus GST) divided into two $221 payments.
    • 6–Month: $780 (plus GST) divided into two $410 payments.
